New Gallery exhibition at WCH & we need YOU!
On Paul Counter’s mention of Healing Arts CIC Atrium gallery re-opening in 2025 in his autumn blog, Medical Photographer, James Norman got in touch with an idea: to capture Trust staff ‘at work’.
This was a perfect theme to re-open the gallery at CIC and we are now brining the idea to WCH. With over 4,000 staff working at the Infirmary, it will give a window into the many and varied roles at the Trust, from those hidden behind the scenes to those on the front line.
However, in order for it to happen, we need you!
We are looking to take a mix of portrait images and images of hands at work. There will be a description of your role to accompany each image and a webpage will be produced about the project and where the images will stay and be added to.
Projects similar to this have run with great success at other Trusts’ including the following:
Imperial Health Charity Arts exhibitions
Newcastle Hospitals Charity Arts exhibitions
The exhibition will open in Autumn 2025 and be up for 6 months.
